Kiwi: Oregon grown, this highly nutritional fruit makes a popular refreshing, crisp wine. Often used in fruit wine blends by Wine Kit Producers

Premium quality fruit wine base with the year-round variety every winemaker needs.

Vintner's Harvest fruit wine bases are fresh fruit in their own juice with nothing else added - no sugar and no sulfites. Produces 5 gallons of medium-bodied wine or 3 gallons of full bodied wine . These products are packaged in 96 ounce cans of fresh puree.

Nutrient, acid blend, tannin, pectic enzyme and yeast needed.
Fruit bag recommended.
